no sticker

Quinn and I went early this morning to vote. We only had to wait about 30 minutes. This actually seemed like a long time to me because I can't remember a time that I ever had to wait in a line to vote. Everything went smoothly but apparently my precinct is lame, because they were not handing out the "I Voted" stickers. What is up with that? That is one of my favorite things about voting. I was very disappointed and seriously considered driving precinct to precinct until I secured a sticker for myself (ok, not really but you get the point).

It's all about the sticker. Last year we got free Chick-fil-a sandwiches for each sticker. Since I had my 3 boys with me when I voted, we all got stickers. So I voted once and got 4 free sandwiches. How awesome is that?

What? No sticker? That would have made me mad. I will wear my sticker with you in mind all day. I love mine & am so proud I got to vote today!

No stickers? Free sandwhiches? The anticipation is killing me. Miles and I are off now!

The sticker was the only reason Jack put up with waiting in line for 45 minutes.

I gave my sticker to my grandson Anthony, since this year it is free Starbucks with a sticker and I know Anthony won't use it that way. Good boy that Anthony.

And Good Job to you and the Quinner!

I think they should send stickers in absentee ballots with the instruction that you must not wear the sticker until you mail your ballot. I may never get a sticker again unless this happens. Of course, I don't wait in line either. But I feel just a little less patriotic. Btw, it is illegal for any American establishment to reward you for voting or punish those that don't. So sticker or no sticker, you are entitled to free stuff today. That's your legal tip of the day!

Too bad I didn't know you were sticker happy because I was the one handing out stickers up here!! I would've saved you one.....of course, you would have to wear it a few days late!! (And what fun is that?)
